Péril en la demeure…Une lutte au quotidien
Depuis quelques années on constate une recrudescence des habitations dites « sauvages » dans la nature. Certes la crise oblige les plus démunis à se débrouiller avec leurs maigres moyens pour trouver un toit, mais un grand nombre de ces nouveaux habitants s’inscrit dans une logique contre notre société de consommation. Une éthique écologique bien affichée dans le respect de l’environnement où ils préfèrent élire domicile. Mais l’administration ne l’entend pas de cette oreille, il est vrai qu’un vide juridique existe pour ces nouvelles habitations.

Ilakaka, which was formerly a small peaceful village, has become,in a few months, something of a « far west » town. A population reaching almost 100 000 due to the discovery, in 1998, of one of the biggest deposits of sapphires in the world.
