Global warming, the ice melt, water rising, pollution, the extinction of species…it is often said that the sea is sick. Water territories represent however the future of our planet. A handful of visionaries, architects and scientists are working on forward-looking projects which will enable us to know more, to live, to cultivate seas and oceans better.
