Dhoni Mighili : ready to play Robinson Crusoe.
A private sailing boat, with full crew, skimming across translucent lagoons, plus a house in a lush, leafy setting, ready for you to play Robinson Crusoe. The Dhoni Mighili means luxury combined with relaxation, privacy and an experience perhaps beyond your wildest dreams.
Abu Camp – safari with the Elephant Master
A trip to the other side of the world, an encounter with wild animals? while traveling on elephant back. Somewhere in the middle of the winding waterways of the Okavango Delta, is Randall Moore, an American who could be straight from the pages of fiction, who has devoted his life to the elephants of Africa, and is offering visitors a truly amazing experience.
In the Okavango Delta, sunrise seems primeval, as if it were the very beginning of the world. One by one, the different species stir after a night of sleep or hunting, always in the same order, and making so much noise. The insects are the first to dance, with a deafening screech; then flamboyant birds join in and greet the sun, followed by the big cats, growling as they emerge from their slumber.
Seen from a « bird’s eye » position on top of an elephant, this agitation is reduced to a miniature scale. Up high, rocking back and forth in silence, we were following a leopard busy marking out its territory after a downpour; and what luck, for leopards usually do their wandering at night.

Silolona: sailing in Indonesia
In the heart of the remote Nusa Tenggara islands, Patty Seeery is a remarkable American woman ready to welcome you on board her magnificent boat : the Silolona…
The brown of the Silolona forms a striking contrast with the sparkling turquoise water: warm timber on a picture postcard sea. Six passengers have stepped on board and are there, barefoot, standing stock still on a deck as big as the decks of the pirate ships at the movies in their childhood. Sofas and cushions are ready for guests to curl up beside baskets filled with seashells; but it is already time to raise anchor. The masts crack with the warmth of the sun. A drink is served and a few words of welcome are spoken by Patti Seery, the owner of the boat. Then we set sail, moving across smooth waters. The port of Labuan Bajo, at the easternmost point of the island of Flores, slowly disappears over the horizon and a man in a sarong, holding a conch shell, comes up and perches on the starboard railing. Patti introduces the captain who is about to sing the song to mark the departure – the Silolona song, named after the famous woman who once lived on the island.
