In a KGB prisoner’s skin…

In 1905, during Second World War, Russians settled in Latvia. They built a and jailed deserting soldiers and Resistance fighters. In 1945, the Nazis employed the building, but this time to lock up communist regime’s Opponents. In 1991, Latvia became independent and then a member of the EU (European Union) in 2004. Nowadays, this started to operate again. But it’s utility is different: it welcomes tourists, from all over the world, willing to get a shot of adrenalin. For 10 euros a night, they get a nice ’s style program: locked up in a dark cell for hours or a whole night without sleeping. No mercy is granted for anybody, even for the youngest.
